libfwnt-dbg software package provides Windows NT data type library -- debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfwnt-dbg
libfwnt-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfwnt-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfwnt-dbg *
You will get with libfwnt-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
